The scope of work involved and consisted of performing content cleanup, site demolition, and asbestos abatement remediation at an apartment complex in Manchester, NH following a fire. Our LOS team of licensed and certified technicians removed fire-damaged items, debris, and hazardous materials. The demolition process addressed structural damage and removing compromised building elements. Asbestos abatement was also conducted by our team in accordance with safety protocols to safely remediate or remove any asbestos-containing materials. The overall goal was to ensure the site was properly cleaned, hazardous materials were eliminated, and the area was prepared for future repairs or redevelopment.
