The Ray of Hope Charitable Fund
The Ray of Hope Charitable Fund, the giving arm of Labor On Site, is managed by the Essex County Community Foundation (ECCF). Through this partnership, we ensure that our resources are effectively distributed to support nonprofits making a tangible impact in their communities.
With ECCF managing our fund, Ray of Hope can continue uplifting communities, empowering youth, and fostering meaningful change through our dedicated nonprofit partnerships.

Nonprofits We Support
Pedro Martinez Foundation – We have sponsored 20 children for the past four years, providing them with essential resources and opportunities.
Suenos Basketball – We contribute annually and engage directly with the youth, speaking to them about leadership, hard work, and personal growth.
Socratic, Inc. – We donate every year and participate in their gala and auction, helping raise funds for their impactful programs.
Hoops and Handles – Co-founded by Ramon Quezada, this youth development program teaches responsibility, teamwork, and discipline through basketball, promoting health and personal growth in the Merrimack Valley.
Bread and Roses Community Kitchen – We dedicate time every year volunteering in the kitchen, as well as supporting fundraising galas and community initiatives.
Ateneo Dominicano – Focused on arts and culture for Dominican Americans, we support this organization with both time and financial contributions annually.
Groundwork Lawrence – Labor On Site has donated to this organization, supporting their environmental and community initiatives.
